³¹ Envoys will come out of ^(A)Egypt;
^[a](B)Ethiopia will quickly stretch out her hands to God.

³² Sing to God, O ^(C)kingdoms of the earth,
^(D)Sing praises to the Lord, Selah.
³³ To Him who ^(E)rides upon the ^[b](F)highest heavens, which are from ancient times;
Behold, ^(G)He ^[c]speaks forth with His voice, a ^(H)mighty voice.
